At Luxselle, every shipment is treated as an extension of the luxury experience.
Each bag is carefully inspected, wrapped, and prepared in our studio before being shipped via An Post Registered Shippingor an equivalent registered service. This ensures your purchase is secure, fully traceable, and delivered directly to your door with the discretion it deserves.
Secure, registered delivery
- All parcels are sent using a registered, signed-for service, providing a full scan history from dispatch to delivery.
- A signature is required on delivery, offering an additional layer of security and helping to ensure your piece reaches you, and only you.
- Where appropriate, the delivery agent may request proof of identity at the door.
From our studio to your hands, every step is handled with care and precision, reflecting the value of the pieces we ship.
Tracking and updates
Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Luxselle.
- This email will include your tracking number and instructions so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
- If you have created an account, you will also be able to view the status of your order within your Luxselle account.
Delivery timing and charges
Estimated delivery timeframes and shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. These may vary depending on your location and the service selected.
While most parcels arrive within the indicated window, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as local postal delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volumes.
If needed, our team will always assist with tracking queries and communication with the carrier.
If there is an issue with delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Email info@luxselle.com with your order number, tracking details, and photos where applicable. Our team will liaise directly with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly and with the level of service you should expect from Luxselle.
